If it doesn't sell much better than it is now, there will be no volume two. ...
For it to sell, the world has to know it is there - so a vigorous marketing campaign would be in order. You will know how to spread the word, and I am sure many blog readers will do the same.
I've just bought mine. I didn't know which format to choose, and finally I've opted for the traditional paper book. I'm looking forward to reading it! And I'll tell my friends.
On my part, I will do my best. Bruce band Rachael deserve our help.

Bought mine on March 23, 2014. Been waiting eagerly for this since I purchased Nelson Barbour biography in 2012. I've always been keenly interested in learning the details of the early period of the Bible Students. Especially from when Russell met Jonas Wendell to when he met Barbour when Russell said that the "small class" in Allegheny really grew in insight on the Scriptures.
We devote an entire chapter to the Bible Class. We show you what they studied, who's work they read, and what class of doctrine it was. There are surprises I think.
We probe who were members, group unity and other elements. I hope you like it.
Just ordered the paper version would also like to order an ebook version but could not see a way to do that on the order page.
Is an ebook version of vol I available and could someone tell me how to order it.
