Some statistics:
We’re still putting “finishing touches” on it, but here are
some statistics:
Volume 1 is, counting title page, introductory essays, and
copyright page, 386 pages. This includes one blank page set aside for a photo.
If we don’t receive the photo in a timely fashion, this page will be deleted. There
are, counting the footnotes, 189,000 words. At current count there are 102
photos and illustrations, most of which our readers will not have seen. At very
rough count there are about 1700 footnotes mostly referencing original source
material so our readers can follow our research trail if they wish.
… A few things to tinker with … not many.
