There was an Ada J Ferris (1859-1928) who married a Henry J Sprague in 1886. They had one son Henry Ferris Sprague (1888-1974). Her husband died in 1889, so if this is the right person she was recently widowed at the time of the inscription. She married again to a Benjamin Liggett (1871-1911). Her late father was called George, so a message from mother and Georgie or Georgia might fit, although I didn't find any siblings or other relatives. I have sent you the Ancestry print-outs and this person is also found on Find a Grave.
Addenda - found a family tree which has Georgia A Ferris (1862-1945) as Ada's older sister. The mother lived until 1914, so the inscription from "mother and Georgia" would fit. Have sent you a scan.
