Camp Ground PoliceRussell and Barbour were at the Alton Bay Camp Meeting, an Advent Christian Association event, in 1877. They were expelled from the camp ground by Camp Ground Police.

I am not shocked at this. The Advent Christian Church was very opposed to the spread of advanced light. Some of their mags even warned the "brethren" against Russell and Barbour.
