The Cleveland, Ohio, Directory for 1909 lists the "Millennial Dawn Mission." The only other use of that name that we can find is in India in the early 1920s. (The book that appears in is vague and it may have been in use in an earlier period.)
Can you find additional uses of that name?

Only to discard some sources: I suppose the book you have found that name is "Building the city"... I have found it at archive.org and there is no other mention at this huge database.
No mention neither at "Chronicling America" and neither at "Fulton data base" and neither at "Newspapers.com"... at least searching directly for "Millennial Dawn Mission",
