Here is a first tentative :
(I use italics for the words written in Latin script (instead of Kurrent script). Some words are underlined by the manufacturer who received the note, with an annotation I couldn’t read.)

Calib. 0,35’’ 12 Gr[an] P[ulver]
Zündnadel Waffen Fabrik v. Dreyse

später od[er] mein Onkel A. Bettmann, Danzig, 1.[Erster] Damm
No 6. Bitte um gef[ällige] Beschleunigung. v.Schwanbach
Hauptmann Inf[anterie] R[e]g[imen]t 29

Calibre 0,35’’ 12 Grain powder
Needle gun Firearms Factory Von Dreyse
Sömmerda
[a city located 20 km North of Erfurt in the Federal State of Thuringia, renowned for its firearms factory founded by Johann Nikolaus von Dreyse who invented a needle gun model]

The cartridges for my needle revolver are
apparently too long, they get into the chamber even
when in the barrel ; the bullet protrudes about 1/12’’.
I ask precisely for a small batch of cartridges
for Calibre 0,35’’ 12 Grain powder, in a lead can wrapped
in a strong ? sent as field post letter. I’ll pay
later or by my uncle A. Bethmann, Danzig, Erster Damm
6. Beg you to kindly accelerate. Von Schwanbach,
Captain, 29th Infantry Regiment

Stéphane,

Thanks. That's really excellent.
