An internet search reveals a number of people named William A Redding. However, one of them (with dates c.1850-1931) wrote a book called Our Near Future (1896), which is supposed to deal with the 7 times of 2520 years. He also wrote books called The Millennial Kingdom and Mysteries Unveiled.

He was married to Loretta
He was a lawyer
