Help! I can read perhaps one word out of ten. Can you translate this? I've added four images. One is the entire document. The other three are best images I can make of the writing. I'll add another image to a subsequent post. This appears to have been a letter, but I am not certain about that.

My friend and i tried - in vain, unfirtunately. Could you give us a hint what it might be about? Any small hint would be very helpful!
It's supposed to be a letter that about business and political matters. I appreciate you trying to solve this puzzle. I cannot. I can't even figure out the names associated with this document.

The pastor has been referred to the previous rescript of April 1778 but to the Res. Commis. (?) it must be given the task to insist on the fact that Uhlendorff should fill up the clay pit in a better way so that the land should reach its previous height, but not only to insist but also to collect the debt of 5 pennies (Groschen) penalty /Volume 62/ if it has not been paid by him yet and to send it here
