Is Pastor C. E. Heard the same one who organized the Stand Fast movement in the Pacific Northwest?
Yes, that's Charles E. Heard.
The Rutherford talk was advertised in the "Evening Public Ledger," November 24, p.16. [(Philadelphia)
The Photodrama of Creation was in Stockton in March, 1914. It is advertised in the "Stockton and Evening Daily Record," March 28, 1914, p. 9. It stated that the Photodrama was showing Sunday the 29th at 3pm and 8pm and daily thereafter. The advertisement was a half page article, and the venue was the 'Novelty Theatre.' It opened in 1906, was vacant by 1917 and demolished sometime thereafter.
