A lawyer's letter appears in the November 1885 Watch Tower. He tells of his ministry while in Chicago to try a case. There is no name. Can we identify him? Anyone?
Update: His last name may have been "Brown."
THE STORY IS IN THE DETAILS - Notice: I've withdrawn my books from Amazon. They are now only available at Lulu.com

Just a thought - Maria Frances Ackley Russell's brother, Lemuel Ackley, trained as a lawyer and moved from Allegheny to Chicago at some time in the 1880s. When Maria left CTR in 1897 she went first to stay with him in Chicago. Lemuel died when he got shot in court in 1921.
I thought of that, but our lawyer person traveled there for one specific case. This does not seem to fit Lemuel.
It would have been rather nice if it had been him though.
