Thank you Jerome. Assuming this isn't a post-war picture, the best we can say to date it therefore is that it occurred sometime after The Finished Mystery was published and sometime before it was banned in Canada i.e. Sometime between 17/07/1917 and 12/02/1918.

It would appear to be a post war picture. The address on the photograph is (?)0 Dundas Street, W Toronto. According to the 1979 Yearbook, the headquarters for Canada moved to 270 Dundas Street in 1920. The ban on the Society's activities and The Finished Mystery was rescinded on January 1, 1920.
