More research - N. H. Barbour

The Clinton County Morning Telegram of January 3, 1884, says the County Supervisors approved a payment to a N. H. Barber of Chazy, New York. I do not believe this is 'our' Barbour, but I cannot verify that either way.

There is a Nelson Barber living in Clinton County, born in 1877. This cannot be the man listed in the Morning Telegram. His birth date eliminates him. There is a Nettie Barber living in the county, but apparently not in Chazy. [Pronounced shaz-ee]
